Challenge

 

COVID presented the world with a lot challenges in 2020. The number challenge RealPage faced with COVID was asked by many of our clients. “How are we going to continue to show and lease apartments during lockdown, social distancing and people who are nervous to interact with others?” Renting an apartment for the prospect, resident or leasing agent has always been an in-person buying journey.

How do we create a 100% virtual and online experience that allows prospect/resident to tour or see any apartment and lease that apartment? How do we make that experience easy on the leasing agent? How do we give the leasing agent a face-to-face experience?
